Can I exchange or return a race item?
In an unlikely event of receiving a defective item, we will make a free replacement of the same item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the defective item, and we will arrange for a free replacement. You may be asked to return the defective item back to us.
Please note that we are unable to attend to any walk in for any item exchange for operational and safety reasons.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied and be proud of your hard earned item, hence we are happy to offer you a free exchange within 7 days from the day you have received the item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund on a purchase after receiving the product, but we do offer a 7-day exchange period.
Unfortunately, we will not exchange or refund washed, soiled, damaged, marked or worn garments. You may request for an exchange of your clothing size but it will only be subjected to availability and meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and no visible signs of wear
- The item must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached
- Only the same item can be exchanged for a different size
- Finisher medals are not exchangable or returnable
- Promotional or FREE item is not exchangable or returnable
- Exchange can and will only be done ONCE
Please follow the steps for exchange:
Write in your request to email@example.com within 7 days after receiving the item for the exchange request by indicating;
- Event name
- Receipt number or proof of purchase
- Apparel type
- Sizing received and the new size that you wish to exchange for
- Reason for the exchange
Our support team will then check for the clothing availability and get back to you within 72 hours.
Once we have confirmed the availability with our reply email, please proceed to send back your current clothing to us in good condition with ALL original packaging and tag to (VIA POST ONLY):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may wish to proceed to a Post Office and purchase a SmartPac packaging with tracking for easy return. (For Singapore Only). Contact us and let us know the tracking number.
Do note that it's your responsibility to ensure that the returned items reaches us.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will process the exchange if it satisfied our terms and conditions. We will then notify you via email and send you the requested item within 5 to 14 business days free of charge (does not apply to international orders) pending inventory availability.
We draw your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the items. We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of items, including handling contrary to the instructions.
