Can I request for a refund or cancellation?
Unfortunately, we have a No Refund and Cancellation Policy after a race has started unless you wish to upgrade to a category (higher value) in which you will need to sign up for the new category first before we can initiate the refund of your previous order.We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, orders the wrong item, wants to see or try on the item and decides you don't like it. So we would advise you to consider carefully before registering for a race.
Once you have started uploading results or have completed a race, there will be no upgrade of category allowed.
There will be no refund when you did not complete the race during the race period. You may wish to appeal by writing in to us at email@example.com within 7 days after the race period end date. Appeal is reviewed on a case by case basis.
Below are the only situations that we would allow refunds for our online race:
- The race is cancelled
- Upgrade of category
The refund will be initiated to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5 to 10 business days), depending on your card's or the bank's policies.
If you do not receive your refund within 21 business days, please contact our support team to check on the status of the refund.
In the event of a missing, defect or wrong item sent, we will only offer a free replacement instead of any refund.
In the event of partial refund that will affect the free shipping status, only FULL cancellation of the order is allowed before the race start.
