What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

Spacebib take pride in our products and ensure that all race items undergo a quality check. However, we strongly recommend you to check your race items immediately when receiving them.

In an unlikely event that you have received items which you did not order/wrong order or a damaged/defective item, please do not remove any tag/label or dispose the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our support team at support@spacebib.com and explain the details of your package within 7 days of receiving the items. Please provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the items.
  • After verification by our Quality Assurance Department, we will notify you of the outcome of our investigation. If there is any damage to the item as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to replace any defective items with the same item. You may need to return the defective item.
  • If you did not receive any race items that you are supposed to get. Please get in touch with us and we will do an investigation. After investigation, we will proceed to resend you a free replacement of the same item. We will also send you a poly mailer (postage paid) together with the replacement item so you can return the wrong items back to us easily without any cost.

Important notice:

  • No replacement can be done if there is no clear visual evidence provided.
  • Free replacement is only valid if the damage or missing of item is reported within 7 days after you have received the items.
  • Please note that defective items sent back to Spacebib without approval, will not be reimbursed.

If the defect in the item was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original item will be returned to you. We do not refund or replace items:

  • Obtained from a source other than www.spacebib.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
  • Damaged by not following the care instructions or accident

In the event of a defect, missing or wrong item set, we will only offer a replacement/repair instead of any refund.

Please note the life expectancy of any item depends on the individual using the item, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Our items damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the item are not replaced.

Minor differences in colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Spacebib is not liable for these variations and deviations. Spacebib is not bound by and is not liable for any typing errors, inaccurate product descriptions or manifest errors on our website.
