Can I change a race category/order after registration?

You are unable to change a category distance after registration. You will need to sign up for a new category.

Steps to follow:

• Please proceed to register for the new category
• Notify us both the new and old receipt number immediately when you have done so
• Please follow up and ensure that we have acknowledged your request
• We will confirm with you to void and made a refund of your previous registration back to the same payment method that you have used
• The refund will take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your card statement

IMPORTANT: If you failed to notify us and registered for a new category before the commencement of the event, we will consider that you wish to sign up for multiple categories. Unfortunately, no refund will be made then.
