How to track and submit my race results?

You will be able to submit your result in your Spacebib profile dashboard via our website login under the event name once the race period opens.

You can use any running app or wearable/gadgets to track your run/walk at anywhere ONLY during the race period.

  • Log in to your account on the web or via our iPhone app.
  • You can find your race participation at the dropdown list under your avatar profile -> My Races -> Race Name -> View Race -> Add Results
  • Select the date of participation, add a distance and timing, and you’re done.
  • Upload your screenshot/photo in your Spacebib account. (Only .PNG or .JPG format is accepted)
  • Once you have completed the race, a notification message will be shown

Any running apps

Free running apps can be downloaded at the Google Play and Apple App Store. Some recommended apps are MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Strava, Runtastic, Nike Run Club etc. As each app or tracker is different, a rule of thumb is that as long as your screenshot did capture the distance clocked and duration of your activity, it's sufficient. GPS map is not mandatory.

Other Machines or Devices

Any pedometer, treadmill, cycling/exercise machine and other elliptical device are also allowed. You can take a screenshot of the display or dashboard showing the distance clocked and duration of the activity and upload the photo as proof of your result.

Date is not mandatory to be captured in the photo and you can select the date of your activity manually during upload.

ow, accepting other type of activities
You can mix and match multiple activities to complete your race too.
You can choose to input miles, kilometres or calories burned during upload and we will automatically convert it to KM. (Available only via web browser login)

For calories burned, you can choose to use any calories tracking app. (E.g. for Yoga, HIIT, Pilates and other activities.)

Timing input for full day activities

If you are tracking your activities such as steps for the whole day, you can input the estimated duration or half/full day, such as 12 hours or 24 hours.

Here's the conversion for other types:

  • 1 step = 0.0007KM
  • 1 calorie burned = 0.013KM
