What if I failed to complete the race/challenge within the event period?
When you sign up for an online race or challenge, it's a personal commitment and responsibility to complete the race or challenge. We trust that you will be honorable and hope that you will follow the rules and regulations.
If you failed to meet the requirement by the stipulated event cut off date. You would have deemed to FAIL to complete the race/challenge. No finishers digital race items will be awarded/sent to you.
We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us at email@example.com if you are facing any issues or concerns before the race ends. Extension of the upload period is strictly on a case by case basis.
We regret to inform that No Appeal would be accepted after 14 days at the end of the event.
By signing up any of our race, you will have deemed to understand and abide by our terms & conditions and race completion policy. Unfortunately, no refund of any sort will be made if you have failed to complete the race.
Please note that you MUST complete all the races in an order before all the race items will be dispatched.
From 1 May 2022, all physical race items will be sent to you at the end of the race period if you have failed to complete a race.
