What type of activities are allowed to complete a race?
Generally, we allowed all types of activities as we wanted to encourage our participants to start moving as easy as possible.
Here are the accepted activities and sports (non-exhaustive list):- Running - Indoor or Outdoor
- Hiking
- Walking/Steps – Indoor or Outdoor (That includes climbing stairs)
- Mountaineering/Trekking
- Climbing
- Treadmill
- Cycling – Indoor (Spin Class etc) or Outdoor (Mountain biking etc) of any type
- Elliptical
- Swimming (Pool or open water)
- Aerobics
- Yoga/Pilates
- Gym – Etc Skip rope/Jump rope, Kickboxing or any HIIT/Functional/Core/ Strength training
- Skating/Skateboarding
- Any type of Sports
