What type of activities are allowed to complete a race?

Generally, we allowed all types of activities as we wanted to encourage our participants to start moving as easy as possible.

Here are the accepted activities and sports (non-exhaustive list):

  • Running - Indoor or Outdoor
  • Hiking
  • Walking/Steps – Indoor or Outdoor (That includes climbing stairs)
  • Mountaineering/Trekking
  • Climbing
  • Treadmill
  • Cycling – Indoor (Spin Class etc) or Outdoor (Mountain biking etc) of any type
  • Elliptical
  • Swimming (Pool or open water)
  • Aerobics
  • Yoga/Pilates
  • Gym – Etc Skip rope/Jump rope, Kickboxing or any HIIT/Functional/Core/ Strength training
  • Skating/Skateboarding
  • Any type of Sports
