Can I exchange or return a race item?

Accepted Answer

In an unlikely event of receiving a defective item, we will make a free replacement of the same item. Please contact us at [support@spacebib.com](mailto: support@spacebib.com) within 7 days of receiving the defective item, and we will arrange for a free replacement.

| Please note that we are unable to attend to any walk in for any item exchange for operational and safety reasons.

7-Day Exchange Policy

|| Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund on a purchase after receiving the product, but we do offer a 7-day exchange period.

We will not exchange or refund washed, soiled, damaged, marked or worn garments. You may request for an exchange of your clothing size but it will be subjected to availability and meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and no visible signs of wear
The item must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached
Only the same item can be exchanged for a different size
Finisher medals are not exchangable
Promotional or free item is not exchangable
Exchange can and will only be done ONCE

Please follow the steps for exchange:

Write in your request to support@spacebib.com within 7 days after receiving the item for the exchange request by indicating;

Event name
Receipt number or proof of purchase
Apparel type
Sizing received and the new size that you wish to exchange for
Reason for the exchange

How to track and submit my race results?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to submit your result in your Spacebib profile dashboard via our website login under the event name once the race period opens.

You can use any running app or wearable/gadgets to track your run/walk at anywhere ONLY during the race period.

Log in to your account on the web or via our iPhone app.
You can find your race participation at the dropdown list under your avatar profile -> My Races -> Race Name -> Add Results
Select the date of participation, add a distance and timing, and you’re done.
Upload your screenshot/photo in your Spacebib account. (Only .PNG or .JPG format is accepted)
Once you have completed the race, a notification message will be shown

| Free running apps can be downloaded at the Google Play and Apple App Store. Some recommended apps are MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Strava, Runtastic, Nike Run Club etc. As each app or tracker is different, a rule of thumb is that as long as your screenshot did capture the distance clocked and duration of your activity, it's sufficient. How does a Spacebib online race/challenge works?

Accepted Answer

A Spacebib online race or challenge is a self-motivated competition where participant can complete a defined distance, usually by running or walking anytime during the race period, anywhere in the world at their own pace.

How to join?

Register for an online race or add to cart as many races on Spacebib in an order
Use a running app or device to track your activity
Complete your challenge during the race period and upload the result (screenshot/photo) in your Spacebib account (Make sure your screenshot captured the date, distance and timing duration of your activity)
Our system will verify your result and send your award by each order to your mailing address (Delivery status and tracking number can be found in your account)

Race Completion Policy

|| Do note that you MUST complete the race within the stipulated race period in order to be eligible for the race items. *Race items will be dispatched after you have completed the race in 1 to 5 working days and not at the end of the race period.

*If there is a singlet in an order, all the race items will be sent out once together when the singlet is available to be dispatched.

Can I upload my results multiple times and break my runs/walks separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upload mutiple results. You may complete your run/walk in a single attempt or multiple accumulative times on different day during the event period.

There is no limit in the number of times you can submit your results and you can always exceed and run more than you designated category distance.

What if I failed to complete the race/challenge within the event period?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up for an online race or challenge, it's a ${color}[#008f00](personal commitment and responsibility) to complete the race or challenge. We trust that you will be honorable and hope that you will follow the rules and regulations.

If you failed to meet the requirement by the stipulated event cut off date. You would have deemed to FAIL to complete the race/challenge. No finishers items will be awarded/sent to you.

We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us at support@spacebib.com if you are facing any issues or concerns before the race ends. Extension of the upload period is strictly on a case by case basis.

||| We regret to inform that no appeal would be accepted after 30 days after the end of the event.

|| By signing up any of our race, you will have deemed to understand and abide by our terms & conditions and race completion policy. Unfortunately, no refund of any sort will be made if you have failed to complete the race.

Question 6

Can I run on a treadmill or indoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, running on a treadmill or indoors is allowed.

Please provide your distance and timing of your run by taking a photo of the display screen on your treadmill.

| Some participant does have ways to include the date if that's possible. Such as holding a calendar or using another phone to take the photo. But it's optional.
