We strive to ensure the race items are sent out promptly when you have completed the race. All the delivery is tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number when your race items have been dispatched.

You can log in to your Spacebib account to view the tracking and status of your delivery easily.

For Singapore, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your race items. You may receive your race items separately or before the start of a race. Please refer to each event page for exact details.

Your race items will be delivered via courier. Please ensure your contact number is valid and correct and you are contactable.

For overseas participant, the delivery may take 5 days to 21 days depending on your country. Please ensure that you have provided a correct and mailable address in order for the race items to reach you.

Please note that you MUST complete your race by uploading all your race results in your Spacebib account in order to be eligible for the race items, unless stated otherwise.
Important Notice:

In an unlikely event that you did not receive your race items when the delivery status is set to "Delivered". You must within 7 days, immediately get in touch with us at support@spacebib.com for us to proceed with an investigation.

After investigation, we will:

Do a free resend with tracking to the same shipping address. (If the parcel is lost, non-recoverable or due to the delivery lapses)
A resend will only be done if your shipping address is correct.
Unfortunately, the free resend service will only be provided once.

If you did not receive the race items due to the following:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Non mailable address such as APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Wrong recipient name
Other foreseeable reasons

We will unable to make a resend.

If you have issues about your shipping address, please contact us at support@spacebib.com within 24 hours after you have completed a race so we can assist you further.

If a tracking number is generated, please get in touch directly with the delivery provider with any questions and status in regards to your parcel quoting your tracking number.
