Spacebib take pride in our products and ensure that all race entitlements undergo a quality check.

In an unlikely event that you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. Please follow the steps:

Contact our support team at support@spacebib.com and explain the details of your package. Please provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the products.

After verification by our Quality Assurance Department, we will notify you of the outcome of our investigation. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost or replace any defective products.

If you did not receive any race entitlements that you are supposed to get. Please get in touch with us and we will do an investigation. After investigation, we will proceed to resend you a replacement free of charge.

Important notice:

No replacement can be done if there is no clear visual evidence provided.
Free replacement is only valid if the damage is reported within 7 days after you have received the entitlements.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund or replace products:

Obtained from a source other than www.spacebib.com
Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
Damaged by not following the product care instructions
