Generally, we allowed all types of activities as we wanted to encourage our participants to start moving as easy as possible.

Here are the accepted activities and sports (non-exhaustive list):

Running - Indoor or Outdoor
Hiking
Walking/Steps – Indoor or Outdoor (That includes climbing stairs)
Mountaineering/Trekking
Climbing
Treadmill
Cycling – Indoor (Spin Class etc) or Outdoor (Mountain biking etc) of any type
Elliptical
Swimming (Pool or open water)
Aerobics
Yoga/Pilates
Gym – Etc Skip rope/Jump rope, Kickboxing or any HIIT/Functional/Core/ Strength training
Skating/Skateboarding
Any type of Sports
