You will be able to submit your result in your Spacebib profile dashboard under the event name once the race period opens. You can use any running app or wearable/gadgets to track your run/walk. Can I upload an online challenge/race result for someone else in my account?
All participants will have to create a Spacebib account to upload their online challenge/race results personally due to accountability and data integrity. So you are not allowed to upload the results for someone else participation. Can I run on a treadmill?
Yes, running on a treadmill is allowed. Please provide your distance and timing of your run by taking a photo of the display screen on your treadmill.
Can I use the same result screenshots for different events during the same period or different category?
Yes, you can use the submit the same result screenshot for different events as long as the date of your run/walk is within the each event period. Likewise, if you are registering for multiple categories, e.g. 42km, 21km and 10km, you can use the 42km race results to submit for all the other categories.

Yes, we provide free delivery to a Singapore and Malaysia address or any country that is stated.

Unfortunately, we have a no refund and cancellation policy after registration. If you have any questions on the event or wish to appeal, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. What happens if I did not receive my race entitlements?
We'll make sure that you receive your deserved race entitlements.
Can you send my race entitlements earlier when I have completed the online race/challenge?
All race entitlements can only be sent out after the end of a race/challenge. We seek your kind patience while we prepare your race entitlements delicately.
What if I failed to complete the race/challenge within the event period?
DNC (Did Not Complete)
Can I walk/climb the stairs?
Yes, any walking or running activities can be counted. (That includes climbing stairs!)
What is the different between Basic and Classic or Premium category?
Each category will have different race entitlements. The Classic/Premium category will have an event/finisher tee and finisher medal or other race entitlements. Basic category will generally consist of the finisher medal only. Each category may have different distance engraved or printed on the race entitlements.
Can I change a race category after registration?
You can change a category distance or upgrade to a classic category only before the commencement of the event. Please proceed to register for the new category and notify us immediately when you have done so. We will then void and made a refund of your previous registration back to the same payment method that you have used. The refund will take 5 to 8 business days to be reflected in your card statement. IMPORTANT: If you failed to notify us and registered for a new category before the c
Can I sign up in bulk for my friends or families? How can they upload their race results?
Yes, you can sign up for any number of other participants. Please ensure that you have entered each of their unique email addresses as they will need to create a free personal Spacebibb account to log in and upload their results.
What do I get if I joined a free race/challenge?
Please refer to the description of the event to find out more on the race entitlements that you will be getting. Generally, the race entitlements for a free race or challenge will be: e-Badge (Awarded to your profile) e-Certificae (After success completion of the race/challenge) e-Bib (Upon sign up of the race/challenge) Your participation will be recorded in your Spacebib profile. What happens if there is damage or error to my race entitlements?
Spacebib take pride in our products and ensure that all race entitlements undergo a quality check. In the unlikely event that you have receive a damaged or wrong race entitlements, here are the steps you can do: Take a photo of the damaged race entitlements and send it to email@example.com. Please explain in details the damages. After verification by our team, we will notify you of the outcome of our investigation. After investigation, we will then proceed to resend you a replacement fr
Can I transfer an online race/challenge?
Please consider carefully when registering for an online race or challenge. Transferring of a registered ticket for an online race or challenge is unfortunately not allowed.
Can I proceed down to your place to collect my finisher entitlements?
Please do not attempt to collect from any of our offices personally as walk-ins will not be entertained. For any inquires, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I upload my results multiple times and break my runs/walks separately?
Yes. You can upload mutiple results. You may complete your run/walk in a single attempt or multiple times on different day during the event period. There is no limit in the number of times you can submit your results and you can always exceed and run more than you designated category distance.
