You are unable to change a category distance after registration. You will need to sign up for a new order.

Steps to follow:

Please proceed to register for the new category

Notify us both the new and old receipt number immediately when you have done so

Please follow up and ensure that we have acknowledged your request

We will confirm with you to void and made a refund of your previous registration back to the same payment method that you have used

The refund will take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your card statement

IMPORTANT: If you failed to notify us and registered for a new category before the commencement of the event, we will consider that you wish to sign up for multiple category. Unfortunately, no refund will be made then.
