Unfortunately, we are unable to make any refund or cancellation once the race date has started.

Below are the only situations that are entitled to a partial or full refund:

The event is cancelled (and the organiser have a refund policy in place)

Upgrade of category

Change or defect of race entitlements

Mask, headwear, undergarments, socks (boxer/jocks, panty and thongs) and sealed items are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable due to our strict hygiene policy.

The refund will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase. Your bank or credit card company may require 5-10 business days to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If you do not receive your refund within 21 businesss days, please contact our support team to check on the status of the refund.

Refund may also be made in the form of online discount credit/code or an exchange of other products.

In any case, we are only able to refund the purchase price of the releveat products(s) excluding shipping charges (if any). Please note that the shipping fee is non refundable as it processed by a third party service.
