We strive to ensure the race items are sent out promptly when you have completed the race. For Singapore, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your race items. You may receive your race items separately or before the start of a race. Please refer to each event page for exact details.

Your race items may be delivered by post to your mailbox or via courier. Please check it regularly and do ensure your contact number is valid and correct.

For overseas participant, the delivery may take 5 days to 4 weeks depending on your country. Please ensure that you have provided a correct and mailable address in order for the race items to reach you.

Please note that you MUST complete your race by uploading all your race results in your Spacebib account in order to be eligible for the race items.
Important Notice:

In an unlikely event that you did not receive your race items within 30 days, please get in touch with us at support@spacebib.com.

Do a free resend (with tracking) to the same shipping address. (If the parcel is lost, non-recoverable or due to the delivery lapses)

A resend will only be done if your shipping address is correct.

Unfortunately, the free resend service will only be provided once.

If you did not receive the race items due to the following:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Non mailable address such as APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Wrong recipient name

Other foreseeable reasons

If a tracking number is generated, please get in touch directly with the delivery provider with any questions and status in regards to your parcel quoting your tracking number.
