What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

Can I change a race category after registration?
You are unable to change a category distance after registration. You will need to sign up for a new order. Can I request for a refund or cancellation?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any refund or cancellation once the race date has started. Can I transfer an online race/challenge?
Please consider carefully when registering for an event. Transferring of a registered race slot to a different category, event or participant is unfortunately not allowed.
Can I exchange for a race item?
In an unlikely event of receiving a defective item, we will make a free replacement of the same item.
