Can I proceed down to your office to collect or return any items?
Please do not attempt to collect any items from any of our offices personally as we are unable to handle any walk-ins for whichever reasons. For any returns, we will accept them via post. Please refer to the return policy For any inquires, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change or edit my shipping address after registration?
You will not be able to amend your shipping address after registration so please ensure your shipping address entered during registration is correct and mailable. In an event that you need to update your address, please get in touch with us at email@example.com Unfortunately, we are unable to be liable for any rejected or bounced parcel due to invalid or wrong mailing address. Additional redelivery fees may be imposed.
Is the shipping fee included?
Yes, we do provide free delivery to a Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia address or any country that is stated. Additionally, free shipping may apply after you reach a minimum order amount. Shipping fee will be automatically added during checkout for country without free shipping.
When will the race items be sent to me?
Most of our delivery comes with a Tracking ID. You can view the fufiliment status with tracking updates in your participation detail page. If a tracking number is generated, please get in touch directly with the delivery provider with any questions and status in regards to your parcel quoting your tracking number. What happens if I did not receive my race items?
We strive to ensure the race items are sent out promptly when you have completed the race. For Singapore, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your race items. You may receive your race items separately or before the start of a race. Please refer to each event page for exact details. Your race items may be delivered by post to your mailbox or via courier.
